Did you know that we have a guest speaker at this year's National? We do and it's not only an excellent lecture but it's also free for club members! Non-members are welcome as well for a small $10.00 fee at the door. Bring a chair if you have one available as this lecture promises to fill up quickly! Dr. Kristina Laughman is an Ohio native and graduated from Ohio State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. She has been practicing in Columbus, Ohio at Lifetime Pet Wellness Center which has fostered her desire to practice integrative medicine.

Dr. Laughman is certified in Veterinary Chinese Herbal Medicine and uses this knowledge to give her patients well-rounded care. Her career in Veterinary Medicine was fueled by her love for animals even at a young age. She grew up participating in dog projects in the local 4-H club and has kept this hobby into adulthood, participating in obedience, rally, and showing in the breed ring. Today, she has 3 dogs, a cat, and a loving husband to support her and her interests. Dr. Laughman will be presenting “Veterinary Chinese Medicine 101,” which will teach basics on why this field of medicine is growing in popularity in human and veterinary medicine in the western world.
