Monet was between the age of 2 and 4 when we adopted her through Rescue in 2000. She had been extremely abused before she came to us, would cower if you reached for something, would not allow men to come in the house. It took her several years to fully come out of her shell, and when she did, look out, a very outgoing Diva who loves to show off took the place of the abused, scared girl that we adopted. Monet assisted us in fostering over 100 dogues, letting them know that they would be ok. She had also assisted us in raising all of our adult dogues and 4 litters of puppies, taking on the Grandma roll with gusto! Monet truly was a magnificent girl who has a huge place in our hearts.

Monet died of bloat April 22, 2010 and is extremely missed.
