Edison is the clown of the house, always looking for fun. He was the first DDB to earn an UKC Total Dog award and the first DDB to earn an AKC CD (Companion Dog obedience title). Edison is such an underachiever that we often underestimate him, but he always comes through for us when we ask. Edison is currently 'retired' from working. We did dust off the old man and entered him in a AKC Rally trial where he earned his Rally Novice title at the age of 8.5. He also managed to bring home a first place ribbon with a score of 99 out of 100! What Edison enjoys the most are his pet therapy visits to the mental health unit of our local hospital. Edison has been a member of Cornell Companions, a pet visitation program at the College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University, for over 6 years. Meeting new people makes Edison's day!
